Payments & Refunds Payment records and refund requests
Apps & Subscription Import Installation, login, and configuration access

Information to include in a ticket

Describe where the issue occurred, such as signing in to the user dashboard, choosing a plan, completing payment, getting the app, importing a subscription, or connecting to an international route. Include the on-screen message and actual result to help distinguish account status, app settings, and route selection issues.

For app issues, state the platform you use. VPNVF supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. For payment issues, specify whether you used Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, but do not include passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in the ticket.

For route issues, include the target service, selected region and route type, and what changed after switching routes. VPNVF covers 100+ countries / 250+ routes; support can suggest route selection or configuration checks based on the symptoms.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

A quick check before submitting

Some issues can be identified by checking account status or basic connectivity first. Submit a ticket when the cause remains unclear, and keep the original message shown when the issue occurred.

Account access

No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough. If login fails, first check the username entered and confirm that you are accessing this site's user dashboard.

Plans & traffic

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The user dashboard shows the authoritative plan status.

Connections & routes

Confirm that the current subscription has been imported into the app, then test another region or route type. If the issue continues, include the platform, target service, and error message in the ticket.
