Before You Start: Confirm the Order of Operations
During initial setup, do not start by searching for a specific route. The client only reads and connects to the subscription; the plan and subscription itself are managed in the VPNVF user panel. The correct order is to create an account, choose a plan, return to the account overview to get the subscription, and then import it into the client. Following this order helps avoid situations where the client is installed but has no routes, or an old subscription was copied without being refreshed.
Prepare a username you can remember and a unique password. VPNVF does not require an email address to create an account, so the username is important for signing in to the user panel later. Use the password only for this service and do not reuse it elsewhere. After creating the account, confirm that you can open the account overview before choosing a plan. That way, you can sign in again and continue from the overview if you switch pages.
The client and subscription are both obtained from the user panel. This page does not provide static installer links or display usable subscription content. If you see text such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN in the guide, it is only a dummy value showing what a link looks like and cannot be used to connect. The actual subscription is part of your account credentials and should be kept on your own devices and in your own client.
If you already have a working account and plan, skip directly to “Get your subscription.” If you imported a subscription before but the routes have not updated, there is no need to create another account. Return to the account overview, copy the current subscription again, and update it in the client. Differences between protocols, route topologies, and route types do not affect this basic workflow. For further details, read Protocol and Route Technical Reference.
Create an Account: Open the User Panel
Open the VPNVF account creation page, set a username and password, and submit the form. No email address is required. Choose a username that is easy for you to recognize rather than a temporary combination you may forget, and store the password in a trusted password manager. After submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in with the username and password you just created.
After entering the panel, check for sections such as the account overview, plans, and client downloads. It is normal not to have a plan yet, and the subscription section may not have anything to import. Do not paste an unfamiliar subscription from another source, and do not treat the example link in this guide as real data. The expected result of this step is simply a stable login and a user panel belonging to your account.
If the page remains unchanged after submission, first check that the username and password fields are complete, then follow the page instructions. Confirm that the login session is established before switching between pages; otherwise, opening the plan or client download section may send you back to the login page. If the message is unclear, you have forgotten the username, or you cannot restore access, visit the Help Center and open the account and login category. This page continues with the normal setup flow rather than account recovery.
Once you can access the panel, choose a data plan next. Creating an account does not automatically generate an active subscription, and routes will not appear in the client simply because you signed in. The panel provides a usable subscription only after the plan takes effect, so do not skip the next step.
Choose a Plan: Complete Checkout Based on Usage
Open the plans section in the user panel and distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. For light browsing or occasional use, start by reviewing the smaller allowances. For regular streaming or frequent file transfers, choose based on actual usage rather than price alone.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, data allowance, total amount, and account before proceeding to payment. VPNVF supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After payment, do not submit the same order again. Return to the user panel and check the order and subscription status. Normally, the account overview will show the active plan and provide the subscription entry you need next.
When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you are unsure about your usage during initial setup, estimate based on your most common activities instead of repeatedly switching plans. All plans support unlimited devices and include a 30-day money-back guarantee. “Unlimited devices” means the same account can be configured on multiple trusted devices, but the subscription should remain under the account holder’s control and should not be posted in groups, forums, or public documents.
The expected result after payment is not that the client starts automatically, but that an active subscription appears in the user panel. If the order is complete but the overview has not updated, refresh the panel and sign in again once. Do not repeatedly create the same order. If the status still cannot be confirmed, open the ticket section in the user panel and submit the order details. After confirming that the plan is active, continue by copying the subscription.
Get Your Subscription: Copy It from the Account Overview
Open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription or connection configuration section. The page displays a subscription entry specific to your account status. Use the copy button provided by the panel to copy the complete content. Do not select only part of it or remove parameters from the end of the link. A subscription often looks like a long link, but the exact format is determined by what the user panel displays.
After copying, you can temporarily keep the content in the system clipboard and move straight to client import. Do not send the subscription to a public page or wrap it in an online URL shortener. The subscription lets the client obtain the routes and configuration available to your account. If exposed, it may be used on unauthorized devices and interfere with your traffic management and connection experience.
If no subscription appears in the overview, first confirm that the plan is active, then check that the signed-in username matches the account used for the order. If the page offers refresh, reset, or retrieve-again options, initial setup usually only requires copying the existing subscription; do not reset it without a reason. After a reset, content in older clients may need to be imported again, making troubleshooting more complicated.
The expected result at this stage is a complete subscription in the clipboard while the user panel remains accessible. Next, open the client download section and choose your system. The client download entry and subscription entry serve different purposes: the former provides a client option for your platform, while the latter provides account configuration. Both must be ready before import can be completed.
Import the Client: Find the Subscription Entry by Platform
Open the client download section in the user panel, choose the system you are using, and follow the panel’s instructions to get the VPNVF client or a suitable subscription-based client. Once the client is ready, open “Subscription Management,” “Profiles,” or “Import from link,” then paste the subscription copied in the previous step. Confirm the import and wait for the configuration to update until the route list appears.
Windows
In the client download section of the user panel, choose Windows and open the corresponding client entry. In the client, open subscription or profile management and choose an option such as “Import from link.” Paste the complete subscription and confirm it. Return to the main screen and update it. Once region and route names appear, the import is complete.
If nothing happens after pasting, check that there are no extra spaces before or after the copied content, then confirm that the client can read the clipboard. Do not split the subscription into multiple imports or open it directly in a browser address bar. After updating, keep the default rules and choose a route during connection verification.
macOS
Choose the macOS client entry in the user panel and prepare the client according to the panel’s instructions. The first time it opens, the system may ask you to approve network configuration permissions. These permissions are used to create a local connection profile, so continue after confirming that the client came from the user panel. Open the client’s profile or subscription page, paste the subscription, and update it.
After a successful import, available routes will appear in the menu bar or the client’s main window. Do not run multiple similar clients at the same time, as their connection profiles may conflict. Keep one client active, quit other connection tools, and then test the actual connection.
Android
Open the client download section in the user panel and find the Android entry. After opening the client, look for subscription import in the side menu, profile page, or action menu in the upper-right corner. Choose import from the clipboard or a link, paste the subscription you just copied, save it, and update it once.
When the system creates the connection for the first time, it will show a network permission prompt. Confirm that the open client came from the user panel before allowing it. If the route list is visible but cannot be selected, exit edit mode and return to the client home page. Some interfaces require you to select a profile before opening its route list.
iOS
Check the user panel for the way to obtain the iOS client, then open a suitable subscription-based client. Open the subscription, profile, or remote file section, paste the complete subscription link, and save it. After the client begins reading the configuration, wait for the route list to finish loading. Do not repeatedly add the subscription while it is loading.
The first connection may prompt you to add a network configuration. Confirm it, return to the client, choose a route, and connect. If the client offers on-demand connection or rule settings, keep the defaults during initial use. Adjust advanced routing and protocol options only after the basic connection works.
Regardless of the platform, a successful import is indicated by a selectable list of regions or routes in the client. If you see only the subscription name and no routes, use “Update subscription” or “Refresh configuration” in the client. If the update fails, return to the account overview and copy the current subscription again. Do not search for unknown configurations or replace your account’s subscription with one shared by someone else.
Verify the Connection: Connect First, Then Adjust Routes
After importing, choose a geographically nearby route that suits the task at hand. If the client offers rule mode, keep the default settings during the first connection so it is easier to identify whether an issue comes from the route, subscription, or additional rules. After clicking Connect, wait until the client shows “Connected” or the corresponding system indicator, then open the website or app you need and test it.
During verification, do not rely only on the client button’s color. First open an everyday international website and confirm that it loads normally, then access the service you actually need. For streaming, check whether the target content plays correctly. For work, test sign-in, page changes, and file requests in sequence. A single successful page load only shows that a connection was established; stable continuous use shows that the route fits the situation.
If the connection is established but the target service remains unavailable, disconnect the current route and try another route in the same region. Different routes may use direct connections, relays, or IEPL dedicated lines, and actual performance varies with the network and target service. This basic guide does not require a particular protocol for any region or assign a fixed speed to an individual route. To understand differences between Hysteria2, TUIC, Trojan, and VLESS, read Protocol and Route Technical Reference.
After verifying the connection, you can repeat the “get the client, import the subscription, choose a route” workflow on other trusted devices. VPNVF supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices. If you already have an account and plan, there is no need to place another order for each device; sign in to the same user panel and get the current subscription. After the subscription updates, refresh it in each client to keep the route configuration consistent.
Common Issues: Troubleshoot in Order
If no routes are visible, first confirm that the plan is active, then return to the account overview and copy the subscription again, and finally update it in the client. Do not start by repeatedly uninstalling the client. Most “no routes” cases occur because the subscription has not been imported, was copied incompletely, or the client has not been refreshed. As long as the subscription is active in the panel, importing it again is usually easier than changing many settings.
If the client shows a connection failure, first check that the system time is accurate, then switch to another route. An incorrect system clock can affect connection establishment. When a route is temporarily unsuitable for the current network, switching routes is more effective than repeatedly clicking the same one. If no region connects, quit other similar clients and confirm that only one active connection profile remains on the system.
If the connection works but the experience is unstable, determine whether the problem affects the current website or the entire route. Cross-check with another commonly used service, then try a nearby region or a different route type. Do not change the protocol, rules, DNS, and client version at the same time, or it will be difficult to tell what helped. Change one variable at a time, verify the result, and then decide whether to keep it.
Payment status, subscription resets, advanced rules, and compatibility with specific apps require further troubleshooting. Visit the Help Center and browse by category, or submit a ticket through the user panel. For the basic workflow, remember: sign in to the account, activate a plan, copy the subscription from the overview, update the client, choose a route, and test it in practice.
