Identify where the problem occurs first
When something does not work, do not change every setting at once. For account and subscription issues, check the user panel first. If the client is the problem, confirm that the subscription imported successfully. If only certain websites fail, focus on routing rules and the exit region. If all routes behave the same way, check the local network and system permissions.
VPNVF supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients, subscriptions and order information from the user panel. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or live subscription addresses.
Accounts and subscriptions
Manage registration, plan selection, subscription updates and device changes. If the account is active but the client shows no routes, retrieve and import the subscription again before creating another account.
Do I need an email address to register for VPNVF?
No email address is required. You can register with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to remember and not reused with other services, and keep your password secure. After registration, open the user panel to choose a plan. Use the same username and password when you log in again.
How do I choose between a monthly subscription and a data package?
For regular use, choose a monthly subscription: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. For occasional or unpredictable use, choose a data package that never expires: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB, usable until depleted.
What should I do after my subscription link is updated?
Open the user panel and retrieve the current subscription again, then run the subscription update in your client. If old routes still appear, delete the existing subscription configuration and import it again. Do not edit subscription contents manually or paste the subscription address on a public page. After reimporting, choose a route and verify the connection.
Do I need to buy again when switching devices?
No purchase is needed when you switch devices. VPNVF supports unlimited devices. Install the client for the relevant platform on the new device, sign in to the user panel, retrieve the subscription and import it again. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Remove old configurations from devices you no longer use to avoid confusion during troubleshooting.
Connections and troubleshooting
Connection issues usually involve subscription import, system network permissions, routing rules or tools that compete to control the network. Change one condition at a time so you can identify which step affects the result.
How do I import my subscription into a client?
Open the client download section in the user panel and get the client and subscription for your platform. After installation, paste or open the subscription through the client’s subscription import feature, then update it. When the route list appears, choose an exit and connect. Always obtain the client and subscription from the user panel rather than using a static installer link.
Why is a particular app not using the proxy?
First confirm that the client is connected, then check whether the current routing rules send the app or target domain through a direct connection. You can temporarily switch to a global mode that is easier to troubleshoot and confirm whether the rules are the cause. Then restore rule-based routing and adjust the relevant rule. System network permissions, in-app network settings and old caches may also affect the result.
The client says it is connected, but websites still will not open. What should I do?
Switch to another route first to rule out a temporary issue with the current exit, then close and reopen the target page. If nothing changes, check whether the client’s system proxy or virtual network permissions are active, and temporarily disable other tools that may also be taking control of the network. Reconnect after checking, then test local and international websites separately.
How do I resume service after reinstalling the system or client?
Reinstall the client for the relevant platform, then open the user panel to retrieve and import the current subscription again. Local rules in the old client are usually not preserved after reinstallation, so any custom routing needs to be configured again. After recovery, verify connectivity with the default rules first, then add custom settings one at a time to make configuration conflicts easier to identify.
Speed and routes
Route performance depends on the exit region, route type, local access network and target service. There is no single choice that works for every network. Troubleshoot by comparing like-for-like conditions rather than relying on route names alone.
What should I do if video playback stutters during peak hours?
Pause playback and switch to another route in the same region instead of repeatedly refreshing the same exit. If appropriate, try a closer region. Stop bandwidth-heavy sync, download and update tasks, then lower the player’s automatic quality for comparison. Performance can vary by access network, so choose the route that works best on the current device.
What is the difference between direct, relay and IEPL routes?
A direct route connects to the exit through the current network. Its path is simple, but performance depends more on local access quality. A relay route first passes through a relay node before reaching the target region, which can help improve cross-border routing. IEPL dedicated routes focus more on link stability. Filter by use case first, then choose based on performance on your actual network.
What should I check first when streaming content will not play?
Confirm that the selected route’s region matches the target catalog, and check that the client routes the streaming domains through it. Then sign out of the service, clear the old session and reopen it. If the page loads but content will not play, try another route in the same region. Region detection, account region and cache status can all affect the result.
How can I tell whether the problem is the route or my local network?
Keep the client settings unchanged and switch only the route for comparison. If results differ substantially between routes, check the exit selection first. If every route has the same issue, switch the local access network or restart the network equipment. VPNVF covers 100+ countries / 250+ routes, so narrow the troubleshooting range by region and route type.
View regions and route types
The nodes page organizes exits by region and labels direct, relay and IEPL dedicated routes, helping narrow the options before troubleshooting.
Billing and refunds
Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different data rules. Before placing an order, upgrading a plan or requesting a refund, check the order, plan and current period in the user panel to avoid mixing the two product types.
What payment methods does VPNVF support?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Start payment from the plan page in the user panel and complete the order through the process shown there. Do not provide account information on pages outside the site or pay based on payment instructions forwarded by others. Return to the user panel afterward to check the order and subscription status.
When does monthly subscription data reset?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than clearing on the first day of the calendar month. Check the current billing period shown in the user panel when reviewing your remaining data. Data packages remain valid until depleted and never expire, so they do not reset monthly. Do not apply the monthly subscription reset rule to data packages.
How is a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, check the current plan, remaining period and target plan in the user panel, then submit the upgrade through the plan page. Do not create another order for the same purpose. If the order and plan statuses do not match, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order information.
How do I request a refund?
VPNVF offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the ticket section, specifying the relevant order and plan. Keep the order information after submitting and avoid sending the same request again. Track refund progress through ticket replies and order status in the user panel.
