These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by VPNVF. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree, you should stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNVF provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, protocols, and client access points are subject to what is shown in the user panel. The service is designed to improve connection paths for cross-border access, international websites, and related network resources; it does not change the content, permissions, or service rules of the destination websites.

Route status may be affected by network operators, the network at the user's location, device conditions, destination service policies, and maintenance schedules. VPNVF may adjust routes, protocols, or access methods as operationally necessary, but this will not change the subscription benefits expressly stated in an active order.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account information, subscription credentials, and login status, and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials appear to be used abnormally, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices under that person's control. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscriptions, publicly share accounts or subscription credentials, or provide the service to unspecified parties through shared access, resale, or other means. Users bear responsibility for abnormal use, traffic consumption, or account risks caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to the services they access, as well as platform rules and intellectual property requirements. Users may not use VPNVF for unlawful activities or engage in fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, large-scale abuse, distribution of unlawful content, or conduct that interferes with the normal operation of networks and systems.

Third-party websites, applications, and content accessed by users are provided independently by the relevant third parties. Users should assess their terms of service, content licenses, and data-handling rules themselves. VPNVF does not participate in creating, reviewing, or transacting third-party content and does not guarantee the continued availability of third-party services.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNVF will maintain its routes and user panel using reasonable measures, but network services may experience interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, upstream network changes, device compatibility, destination service changes, or events beyond reasonable control. Users should select routes according to their circumstances and keep necessary local copies and alternative connection arrangements for important work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVF is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service failures, incorrect device configuration, compromised account credentials, or network events beyond reasonable control. These terms do not exclude user rights that applicable law expressly provides and does not allow a contract to waive.

Refunds, Suspension, and Termination

A full refund without cause may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket and linked to the relevant order so that the first payment date and order status can be confirmed. Refund processing is subject to these terms and applicable law and does not affect other rights available to users by law.

Where there is unlawful use, subscription resale, public disclosure of credentials, malicious consumption of service resources, interference with system operation, or failure to meet payment obligations, VPNVF may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant account and services. To protect the system and other users, clearly abnormal access may also be temporarily restricted and placed under review.

Changes to These Terms and Other Provisions

VPNVF may revise these terms as needed for service changes, legal requirements, or risk management. Updated content will be published on this page, along with a revised “Last updated” date. When a change materially affects user rights, notice will be provided through available on-site channels. Continued use after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content; if you disagree, you should stop using the service.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Questions concerning accounts, orders, or service status may be directed to the support page or submitted through a user panel ticket; this site does not provide contact details beyond those listed in the facts table.
